He organizes and coordinates all work, always knows which skilled craftsmen are currently needed on the construction site and always has an overview of all processes on the construction site. This guarantees a smooth workflow and a harmonious interaction of the individual trades, avoids annoying and unnecessary waiting times and idle phases and keeps the construction time as short as possible.
Being a construction manager means bearing a lot of responsibility. Responsibility for compliance with deadlines and prices, for work safety, for the quality of the manual work and the materials used and, last but not least, for compliance with all legal requirements on the construction site. He is an important link between the various parties involved in the construction, the architects and engineers, the suppliers, the craftsmen and you as the client. Should problems or discrepancies arise on the construction site, the construction manager acts as a mediator and solves the conflict. The site manager ensures that all building regulations are observed.
